Since the inception of Urban Kitchens (formerly known as Vintage Kitchens), historic kitchens and bathrooms have been our specialty. We began in 1999 renovating a two story house on the corner of Shartel Avenue and Fourteenth Street and since them have designed and built kitchens and bathrooms in every historic neighborhood in Oklahoma City. With a background in historic preservation, Jo Meacham has worked closely with owners to create kitchens and baths that included modern amenities with an emphasis on historic design. The attention to detail that is required for historic projects is also evident in newer homes as well as newly constructed residences.
